The Private Residential Leases Act of 2019: Salient Changes – POSTPONED

On 01 January 2020, a new law on how private residential properties are rented and managed came into force.

The Chamber of Advocates has invited Dr Kurt Xerri, a lecturer in Civil Law at the University of Malta, to provide further insight to lawyers on the provisions in the new  law.  Among the topics to be presented are:
